By now you have been apart of one of my groups (at least part of the way) and you are getting an idea of how they work, but don't worry I'm not pushing you out of the nest too soon!
Once you have your first challengers, you are more than welcome to add them to my next group and you will become an apprentice coach. It is your job to be a model challenger - check in every day, share helpful tips, keep the moral up! Of course I will be there to answer any questions and provide the daily assignment, but YOU are vital to the tone and success of the group and your personal challengers.
In addition to being a stellar challenger, you should also be checking in with your challengers. If you don't see them post for a few days, send them a personal message, see how they are doing! If you feel like they are getting discouraged, encourage them!!Once you have one 'apprenticeship' under your belt, you are free to run the next month's group on your own! In the files section of our coach page you will find my list of assignments and you can simply copy/paste those to lead your own group - or you can tweak the language a bit! I've also included Becka's assignments.
Here are program specific guides from Beachbody if you are interested in doing a challenge group for just one type of workout program.
There are some great coach trainings on how to keep challengers involved and motivated - here is a great one from Alyssa Schomaker recorded on 3/23/15. You can access the podcast here.
