MY FAVORITE WORKOUT PROGRAMS
This program is for any and EVERY level. The workouts are 30 minutes long and there is a modifier. The real power in this program is the incredible meal plan that incorporates color coded containers to keep you eating the right portions and the right TYPES of foods.
I started with this program and lost 30lbs in 3 rounds of it. It is also a program that can be done while breastfeeding - even the Shakeology is safe.

PiYo is a hybrid of Pilates and Yoga. It gives you the strength and stretching of Yoga while burning more calories and giving you a cardio workout at the same time. It will energize and define your body like no other. If you have injuries or cannot do high impact exercise, this program will give you an incredible workout without jumps and pressure on your joints.
I was personally skeptical of this program but I lost another 8lbs (after my initial 30lb loss with 21 Day Fix) and fell in LOVE with the gentle, yet challenging workouts in this program. It defined my body in dramatic ways.
